Nominal Internal Diameter - this is the starting size, referred to in the title of each post
Actual Internal Diameter - the tubing is actually slightly larger than the nominal size to ensure a proper fit!
Approximate Flat Width - larger sizes start out folded down flat, this is a flat dimension for your reference
Shrunk Internal Diameter - the tubing will shrink down to smaller than this size, guaranteed!
