Shipping
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number which will be uploaded to eBay.
We always combine your purchases and we will never overcharge you for shipping. To avoid mistakes in shipping charges, please add all items that you need to cart for a correct shipping cost calculation. 
For an estimate of the shipping time, you can refer to eBay's estimated shipping time, please add 5-10 business days because the eBay estimate is a lot of times inaccurate.
Customs duties and import charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not including in the shipping cost or the item's price.

Please note that we will always declare the normal value that you have paid for the item at the time of purchase converted in Euro currency. This is mandatory and there are no exceptions. A receipt or an invoice will always accompany the order. 
Returns
Returned items must be shipped via your local post office with a tracking number and must be marked as a "return" in the customs declaration. Returns for items via UPS, DHL and etc. couriers will not be accepted and will be destroyed by our country's customs due to the complexity of the re-import procedure. Of course, we will accept the return via the post office or from a return courier that we approve.
On any occasion, the returned product serial number must match the serial number in our records. If the serial number is not the same we will send the item back to you at your own charge.
For items costing over 500usd, please contact us before you ship them back so we can arrange the correct documents for customs. 
If a product is described as not working or for parts or repair then a return is not possible.

Are your products in stock?  Everything that is listed on eBay is meant to be in stock immediately available for shipping, if by mistake it is not available you will be informed within 48 hours and will be offered a full refund or a replacement part if one is available. 
Do you test the used products?  Yes, we do test most of our used products that are within our capabilities, we have a complete lab capable to measure microwave equipment up to 26.5Ghz, our lab is equipped with a Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, Power Meter, PIM analyzer, Test load, and etc. 
What if an item I receive is not as described or defective?  You can return for a full refund, If a product is described as not working or for parts or repair then a return is not possible.
