SHIPPING
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground, (Priority shipping see below)
Orders placed and paid by 2 p.m. EST during non-holiday business weekdays (Monday through Friday) will be shipped the same day. Orders and payments received after 2 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. 
EXPEDITED ORDERS: Please contact us if you require Priority shipping. We can ship same day up until 4 p.m. EST, however a $50.00 rush handling fee will apply AFTER 2 p.m. due to a special drop off to the shipping carrier facility.
Special Requirements for International and Export Shipments: If the material sold is classified as a defense article and it is to be exported or delivered to a representative of a foreign country or company, it may be a requirement to first obtain appropriate license(s) from either the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce. We reserve the right to request end user and end item information before shipping.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
All our parts are covered by our 30 day form, fit and function warranty. This warranty provides that parts perform in compliance with original manufacturer's published data sheet.
Any claims for shortages or in-transit damage must be reported in writing within 3 days of receipt. Parts are deemed accepted by Buyer unless we are notified in writing of any warranty claims within 30 days of receipt.
