The power supply appears to be new, from old surplus stock. It is not tested. The photos provided are of the actual item. Please read the description and carefully examine the photos. Payment: We accept PayPal only. We do not accept payments from non-US PayPal accounts. Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction end.
Shipping and Handling: Shipping is within the US only. If purchasing more than one item, please contact us for a combined shipping rate. We typically ship items 3 days after payment is made. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping cost includes insurance.
Note: Under no circumstances do we want our products shipped outside of the US. We do not ship to or accept bids from freight forwarders or other 3rd parties which represent international bidders or international on-line auctions.
Returns: We do our best to describe each item accurately. If an item arrives damaged or not as described in the listing, we will work with you to resolve the situation. We only accept returns on items that do not work upon receiving them. We do not accept returns because the wrong item was purchased or the buyer has changed their mind. You must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a refund. The buyer pays return shipping.
